We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team to drive the sales/business development process, and help us attract more clients and projects. 

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of B2B lead generation experience;
  • Understanding of the full lead-generation process;
  • Experience with lead generation on Upwork (writing customized cover letters, qualifying leads, etc.), Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.;
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot or similar);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken);
  • Excellent search and analytical skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong self-organizational and time management skills.

Will be a plus:

  • Basic understanding of computer vision, machine learning, and natural language processing;
  • Experience in generating leads in the artificial intelligence domain;
  • Experience with different lead generation platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for new clients and qualify them;
  • Write custom cover letters;
  • Organize calls between clients and the sales team; 
  • Perform a basic business analysis of potential clients;
  • Keep track of all interactions with clients using CRM;
  • Communicate with leads in a timely manner;
  • Facilitate negotiations with potential clients together with a sales manager;
  • Construct an efficient sales pipeline to increase the number of potential customers;
  • Analyze and improve efficiency and conversion rate.
