We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team to drive the sales/business development process, and help us attract more clients and projects.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of B2B lead generation experience;
- Understanding of the full lead-generation process;
- Experience with lead generation on Upwork (writing customized cover letters, qualifying leads, etc.), Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.;
- Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot or similar);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken);
- Excellent search and analytical skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong self-organizational and time management skills.
Will be a plus:
- Basic understanding of computer vision, machine learning, and natural language processing;
- Experience in generating leads in the artificial intelligence domain;
- Experience with different lead generation platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Search for new clients and qualify them;
- Write custom cover letters;
- Organize calls between clients and the sales team;
- Perform a basic business analysis of potential clients;
- Keep track of all interactions with clients using CRM;
- Communicate with leads in a timely manner;
- Facilitate negotiations with potential clients together with a sales manager;
- Construct an efficient sales pipeline to increase the number of potential customers;
- Analyze and improve efficiency and conversion rate.
