• Google Workspace: delivers contact form messages to our team by email
• Sanity: stores website content and contact form submissions
• Vercel: hosts the website and temporarily stores files attached to the contact form
• Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that contact form submissions come from people, not bots
• HubSpot: CRM for contact and project data
• Google Analytics 4: website analytics
• Microsoft Clarity: website analytics and usage insights, such as how visitors scroll, click, and move through pages
• Plausible Analytics: cookieless website analytics
• PostHog: website and product analytics
• Google Search Console: website performance insights
• Clutch.co widget: displays verified client reviews
• YouTube: embedded video content
• Zapier / Make: may be used in the future for secure data routing

These services may process limited data (for example, IP address or cookies) on our behalf under strict data protection terms.

Analytics without cookies

• Plausible Analytics does not use cookies, browser cache, or local storage and does not collect personal data. Visits are counted with an identifier that changes every day and cannot be linked across days.
• PostHog runs in cookieless mode: no identifier is stored in your browser. Visits are counted with a hash created on PostHog's servers from a salt that changes daily, your IP address, and browser details.
• Microsoft Clarity runs in cookieless mode until you allow analytics cookies in the cookie banner. Without that consent, features that depend on cookies, such as linking page views into one visit, are limited.

Cookies set only with your consent

When you first visit our site, a cookie banner asks for your consent to non-essential cookies, and they are only set after you agree. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, and you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. We use the following types of cookies:

• Necessary: required for the website to function correctly and securely, for example to remember your cookie choice and protect the contact form from spam. Examples: user_cookie_consent, cookie_banner_shown. Retention: up to 1 year. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Functional: enable embedded content such as YouTube videos. Videos are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube may set its own cookies when you play a video. Retention: session or as defined by the provider. Legal basis: consent.
